Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

1. Who is responsible

The controller for personal data processed through this website is dudok.io (registered business, Wyoming, USA), 2104 House Ave, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA. Contact: contact@analytexa.com.

2. What this site collects

As little as a website can. analytexa.com is a static informational site:

3. If you email us

If you contact contact@analytexa.com — for example to request early access — we process your email address and the contents of your message to respond, and, if you ask to join the early-access list, to keep you informed about Analytexa. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to inquiries, and your consent for early-access updates (withdraw anytime by telling us or replying "unsubscribe"). We keep this correspondence for as long as needed for these purposes, then delete it on request or when no longer needed.

4. The Analytexa product

The Analytexa application is designed to run inside your own Databricks workspace: your billing, lineage, and usage data are processed in your environment and are not transmitted to us. The product will not send telemetry without explicit opt-in. Full product-specific privacy documentation will accompany the product at release; this policy covers only the website.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Data is shared only with our hosting and email infrastructure providers acting as processors, or where the law requires disclosure.

6. International transfers

We are a US company; if you contact us from outside the US (including the EU/EEA/UK), your correspondence will be processed in the US and, where required, protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses maintained by our processors.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Exercise them by emailing contact@analytexa.com — we respond to all legitimate requests.

8. Changes

We may update this policy; the effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be visible on this page.
